Tell us your needs and the designs that caught your attention, based on this we will present you a personalized proposal, modifying the stand to adapt it to your needs by adding or removing elements. As soon as possible we will send you a render with our proposal and the corresponding budget at no cost.

If our proposal is to your liking and you wish to contract our services, we proceed to invoice 60% of the total cost as an advance.

 

Do not forget to send us the tax information of your company to send you the electronic invoice. All your payments must be made by deposit or electronic transfer to the account that we will send you. When making your deposit we ask you to send us your proof of payment to our email address.

 

The cost of our stands includes the graphics shown in each proposal, we print on adhesive vinyl and canvas that are illuminated from the front but you can also request the backlite printing for light box lighting at an extra cost. Adhesive vinyl prints are not delivered to the customer at the end of the event, canvas prints can be delivered to the customer upon request.

 

You can send us the files for printing based on the measurements of the graphics of your stand, if you do not have a design department we can gladly support you by designing your graphics with a reduced extra cost.

The panels with which we build our stands are made of plastic in line colors, you can select the color of your stand from the available colors. If you want a greater customization we can also cover the panels in the color you want with an extra cost.

 

It is necessary that you send us the exhibitor's manual, the plan of your event, the date and the number of your stand in order to schedule your event, this information is provided by the organizer of your event. In some cases it is necessary to send your organizer the technical sheet of the design of your stand as well as the system requirement formats and the data of our company to set up your stand.

 

We coordinate with your staff so that on assembly day you can occupy your stand once it has been assembled, thus avoiding downtime in your organization. It is advisable to send us the data of the person responsible for receiving the stand on the day of your event, including a cell number to report the progress of the assembly and even images via WhatsApp or email.

 

The liquidation of the stand must be done on the day of assembly. If you make payments by check at a bank branch, take into account that your deposits from a bank other than ours take a day to become effective. Once you have made your deposit or transfer, do not forget to send us your proof of payment via e-mail.

 

During the assembly we will take care of the assembly logistics and cover all the organizer's requirements so that you do not have to worry. You will be given the keys to the storage areas of your stand as well as remote controls and everything that your stand includes.

 

At the end of the event, we take care of all the disassembly tasks to save you worries. We ask you not to use adhesive tapes to close your stand or make globs on the screens. Help us keep the display system in excellent condition.
